If you’d like to update your agent photo, please follow the steps below;

Step 1: Log In by visiting client.planomatic.com 


select “Tour Management” within your order email 

Step 2: Select “Manage Account” at the top of page

Step 3: Select the pencil icon next to the right of the text "Client Overview"

Step 4: Select the pencil icon to the right side of the current photo

A new window will appear

Step 5: Drag and drop your image into the grey area that says "Drop Image File Here"


Select the upload icon to locate an image on your computer

Step 6: Locate the photo you wish to add as your profile and click Open.  Only .jpeg image files can be uploaded.

Step 7: Use your mouse to crop the image to your preference

Step 8: Select "Save" to add the image to your profile
