Weekends
While our photographers are expected to be available Monday through Friday, they may also have availability on weekends. If you are looking for weekend availability, ask our Client Experience team and they will check our photographer's calendars. We always recommend having a backup date on the books in the event your weekend appointment date is unavailable.
Holidays
PlanOmatic has a short list of observed holidays that impact photographer and Client Experience team availability. We highly recommend avoiding requests to schedule services or photographers on these dates. Please be advised you will be sent an email update with office hours for the holidays listed below:
