High winds or inclement weather will result in a need to reschedule your aerial appointment. Our Client Experience team will contact you immediately with rescheduling options if our pilot is unable to fly due to weather conditions.

If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason other than inclement weather conditions, please contact our Client Experience team so that we can inform the pilot. We request at least 24 hours notice when possible to give our pilot as much of a head’s up as we can. Rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 charge. Rescheduling requests received within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $100 charge.

Pro Tip: To maximize the potential for best quality aerial photos, schedule aerial photos on clear, sunny days with low wind. Also, be aware of tree coverage, nearby airports, and tall surrounding buildings, as they may restrict drone flight due to FAA regulations. Any appointments that must be canceled due to airspace restrictions cannot be rescheduled and will result in a full refund of the aerial photography.
