Landscaper running a bit behind? Painters need an extra day? We understand that things don’t always fall into place as planned from time to time.


To reschedule your appointment, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Log In by visiting www.book.planomatic.com

Step 2: In your dashboard, scroll down to “Scheduled Photo Shoots” and click on the “Need to reschedule button”?

Step 3: Here you will have 3 options. You can either

- Reschedule for a later date

- Cancel the appointment until you have a new date for which you would like to reschedule

- Or cancel altogether

When you select reschedule now, you will receive 3 new date/time options. If these options do not work, you may also click to see the full calendar.

Once you select your new date and time, click ‘Save Changes’. Your changes will automatically be applied to your appointment.

When you choose the option TBD, you can fill out your reason to reschedule, but not fully cancel. Hit ‘save changes’, and your order will be on hold.

When you are ready to schedule, go back to your dashboard and select the “Need to reschedule” button.

When you choose to cancel, you may fill out a reason why you would like to cancel. Next hit save changes, and your order will be automatically canceled and a credit will be prompted.
