On occasion you may need to upload additional photos to an existing tour that were not taken by PlanOmatic. We recommend you ensure the quality of the photos by uploading the largest size available. To upload your own photos, follow the below instructions;
Step 1: Log In by visiting client.planomatic.com
select “Direct Login” within your order email
Step 2: Select the property you wish to access and edit under “PhotoPlans” by clicking on the Edit icon on the left hand side of the property address in the table
Step 3: Scroll down to the “Actions” section
Step 4: Click on the Manage Photos icon
You’ll be directed to the Manage Photos page
Step 5: Click on “Upload Images” on the top-right corner of the screen in small blue writing
You will be directed to a new page
Step 6: Click the button that reads “Add Files...”
Step 7: Select the images you would like to upload from your computer.
Step 8: Once you’ve selected all of the images you want added, select a level for the image, and click “Upload All”
Step 9: The photo upload is complete when you see a checkmark next to each image title.
Step 10: Click “Back to PhotoPlan Images” to return to the “Manage Photos” page once you have finished uploading your images.
