If you’d like to update your agent photo, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log In by visiting client.planomatic.com


select “Direct Login” within your order email

Step 2: Select “Edit <Your Name>” at the top of page

Step 3: Locate the “Agent Photo” from the Edit Client Profile page

Step 4: Click the red X on the right hand corner of your existing photo or skip to step 6 if there is no existing photo.

Step 5: A box will appear confirming that you want to remove this image.  Click OK

Step 6: Select “Choose File”

Step 7: Locate the photo you wish to add as your profile and click Open.  Only .jpeg image files can be uploaded.

Step 8: Click “Save Changes” at the top or bottom of the page.  Now your profile is updated with your new photo.
