After confirming your appointment with PlanOmatic, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address we have on file. This message includes detailed information about your appointment.

The email will include:

  • the time & date of the appointment 
  • the photographer’s name & email address
  • a link to our photo ready guide
  • cancellation policies
  • the date that your virtual tour will be delivered
  • your requested services 
  • an attached .ics file to easily add the appointment to your calendar
