At PlanOmatic, we have two types of cancellations; cancelled appointments and cancelled orders. We do not refund for cancelled appointments, only cancelled orders. To fully cancel an order you must contact our Client Experience team to ensure we cancel the order appropriately. You can contact the team at here or send an email to scheduling@planomatic.com.

Cancellation of an order will result in a 100% refund except in cases of an on-site cancellation, where a fee is applied. In those cases, a refund will be issued for the order amount excluding the cancellation fee. Credit card refunds typically take between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the cardholder’s bank.
