At PlanOmatic, all orders must be prepaid. Our standard procedure is to charge the credit card on file 24-48 hours after the order has been placed, regardless of the date of your appointment. You could think of this as being a bit like booking a flight. Your prepayment allows us to confirm the appointment time and date that you have chosen. You will receive an invoice (which is also the receipt) one business day after your order is delivered to you. 

*Please keep in mind that we do not accept or hold orders without collecting a valid form of payment.
